Recognizing the importance of our relationships with suppliers to achieve our mission to serve patients, Amgen has developed and implemented a Supplier Diversity Program and Supplier Sustainability Program.
Our Supplier Sustainability Program aims to help ensure our suppliers address not only quality, cost, and reliability requirements, but also ethical, environmental, and social considerations, including business ethics, labor, human rights, and environmental impact.
Amgen’s Supplier Diversity Program is designed to provide opportunity by identifying, utilizing and developing small, disadvantaged, veteran, service-disabled veteran, LGBTQ, minority and women-owned, as well as Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) businesses, in our procurement of goods and services.
