Our Culture of Compliance is critical to serving our patients and meeting regulatory obligations. Amgen's Code of Conduct establishes the Company's expectations for ethical business practices and applies to every person who does business on behalf of our Company worldwide – all employees and all levels of management, as well as consultants, contract workers, and temporary workers (as applicable by law). Amgen staff and other covered persons who learn of adverse events, product complaints, and other safety findings are required to report this information in accordance with Corporate Policy and the Code of Conduct.
